Supplementary Policies

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing a player's first withdrawal request, plus777 is required to complete a KYC verification of the account. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.

All transactions on plus777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. plus777 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to the registered account holder.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred Taka). Specific payment methods may carry higher minimums — these are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• plus777 does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your payment provider directly.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on plus777. Funds deposited in error may be returned upon a verified request, subject to a review period of up to five business days.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred Taka). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to limits displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, unless the player has submitted a valid change-of-payment-method request through the support team.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the plus777 finance team. Standard processing time is within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals; other methods may take up to 24 hours.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Please ensure your account is fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
• plus777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Anti-Money Laundering

plus777 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. The platform does not permit deposits and immediate withdrawals without genuine gameplay activity in between. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Any account suspected of using the platform to transfer or launder funds — rather than for genuine entertainment — will be suspended, investigated, and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

plus777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period and will be removed from the account balance.

Bonus Eligibility Rules

Prohibited Conduct

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on plus777 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's current live odds, which may change at any time until the bet is confirmed. plus777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results have already been determined at the time of bet placement, or where the odds were materially incorrect due to a data feed error or technical fault. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.

plus777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time if the platform reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the player will be notified by email to the address registered on the account.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team at support@plus777. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, plus777 will process the closure within five business days. Any remaining balance on the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, provided the account has completed KYC verification and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist. Unverified accounts may not be eligible for balance returns until KYC is completed.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to plus777 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of six months, twelve months, or permanently. While plus777 takes all reasonable steps to maintain service availability, scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may periodically affect access to the platform.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through such formal channels as are available under applicable law.
